Referral Program Information

We are pleased to offer our residents a $100 discount for referring a friend for an available home in our community! The qualifications for this program are outlined below. 

Referral Program Qualifications:
1. Referred applicant cannot be a current resident of the park
2. Referred applicant must include “referred by your name & lot #” on their application so
we can give proper credit to the referrer.
3. Referred applicant must be approved to live in the park and take possession of the available home by the deadline specified for that specific home.
4. You will receive a credit of $100 off your rent the following month!
